The celebrating bishop spotted two of us Episcopalians and invited us to join the procession. There was representation from Lutherans, Evangelicals, Old Catholics, and others. Now, we will join a march to downtown where we will accompany those who will present a petition to the Supreme Court that has been signed by thousands of Salvadoreans against a gold mine that is likely to be an ecological disaster.”
